OUR TECHNOLOGY

At Lytos Therapeutics, we believe that pain treatment should be targeted and patient-centered - minimally invasive and drug-free. Our commitment to innovation has led to the creation of SoluSphere™, a next-generation platform being developed to address musculoskeletal pain.

SoluSphere™ Is More Than a Material

SoluSphere™ represents an innovative approach under development to enable physicians and interventional radiologists to perform image-guided procedures in outpatient settings. Early feasibility clinical research with an earlier prototype demonstrated the promise of this approach and informed the design of SoluSphere™. By combining ease of use with engineered degradation characteristics and design flexibility, SoluSphere™ aims to support the exploration of new, minimally invasive approaches for vascular-targeted interventions in musculoskeletal health, including conditions such as osteoarthritis and tendinopathy, which affect over a billion people globally.

IMAGE GUIDED

Advancing image-guided approaches in musculoskeletal (MSK) care to expand potential use beyond the interventional radiology suite and into office-based clinical settings for qualified practitioners

SPORTS MEDICINE TO ORTHOPEDICS

Developed to support applications across disciplines - from sports medicine to orthopedics - in advancing patient care and pain management practices

DESIGNED WITH BROAD POTENTIAL

Engineered with the flexibility to enable future, highly targeted applications in areas such as uterine fibroids, prostate, brain, and other hypervascular conditions

SoluSphere™ is not cleared or approved for commercial use in the United States or other markets.

Osteoarthritis (OA) and Tendinopathy (TDNPY): Affects Over 1 Billion Sufferers Globally

We’re not just building technology. We’re building a future where pain management is more accessible, personalized and transformative.

Our ultrasound-guided technology has the potential to empower practitioners to deliver precise, targeted therapies under image guidance. Ultrasound visibility positions it for future scalability and advancement aimed at making minimally invasive pain management more accessible worldwide. This opens new possibilities for exploring non-surgical approaches to musculoskeletal care, particularly in underserved regions where reliable solutions are urgently needed.
